Spent an amazing Xmas holiday at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-ventilated, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to sleep well. Plus, the interior design was very appealing. The location was quite convenient as it was close to a D-Mart store where I could shop for everything I needed during my stay. One of the things I liked the most was the yummy food served in the hotel restaurant.

The customer service was not up to par as room service was very poor and staff lacked experience and manners. The breakfast policy was not accommodating to early birds, and the limited options were not served in good condition.
